The program that took my squat from 3x200kg to 4x5 + 7 x200kg in the span of 18 weeks. You'll be squatting 4 times a week for 5x5 with an optional 5th and very easy day. There's a weekly rotation of squat variations to avoid injury which are usually seen with programs this squat heavy. Everything is laid out for you, also training for the rest of your body. All you have to do is execute.

5 DAYS A WEEK

Full week of training

  • Day 1: Backsquat, hamstrings and push
  • Day 2: Optional overhead squat and upper body
  • Day 3: Front squat, lower body and abs
  • Day 4: Backsquat and push
  • Day 5: Safety bar squat, hamstrings and pull
