I never fully specialized in just one thing, because I simply love training. This is why I practice everything from jumps to handstands, to Zercher Jefferson curls, and to lateral raises. My training philosophy is based on time-proven methods, and I believe a wide range of different approaches can give great results if you know how to create the right stimulus and recover well.
I am currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in sports science at Aalborg University, Denmark, and I am an EREPS-certified personal trainer from the AtWork School in Aarhus, Denmark. Over the last five years, I have primarily been doing online coaching, but I have also worked with 1:1 personal training as well as a number of workshops, including a handstand push-up workshop in Sicily, Italy.
My online coaching is based on my own experience of what works and what doesn’t, as well as what has worked for the people I have coached, rather than just following the newest trends. It includes an individualized workout plan and continuous check-ins to track progress. My coaching takes a very holistic approach, focusing not only on the physical aspect but just as much on the psychological aspect.
The training plans I provide are programs I have run myself or at least their main components. Before putting anything out for people to buy, I want to know that it works. You’ll find training plans to get jacked, get strong, get flexible, and to master the handstand.
